OUR CULTIVATIONS
Passion for the land
La Our farm, located in the Borgo of Corvignano about 2.4 km from San Giovanni and 2 from Crocicchia, represents our greatest pride. We mainly produce Organic Evo Oil from 2200 olive trees of the Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Dolce Agogia varieties, as the Trasimeno Dop teaches us. Our 1.6 hectare vineyard, always organically managed, has been producing our white wine “Ciornio” (Grechetto 100%) and our red wine “Rocolo” (Sangiovese 80%-Montepulciano 20%) since 2023.
The taste of nature
Our products
Added to this is the production of pure saffron in pistils and of multi-flower honey, both organic. The farm, which can be visited by our customers, is home to chickens, goats, cows and calves of the Chianina breed, native to our valleys. The organic garden produces vegetables for our restaurants every season and the ornamental garden next door includes over 300 ornamental plants and herbs for the Eterea Spa.
